My friends and I had such a great experience at Kura Sushi Orlando! Cliff and David were both really nice and had great energy. Even though Kura is pretty self-service, they still checked on us, made sure we were good, and were quick to help whenever we needed anything. They were friendly, helpful, and just made the whole experience feel more welcoming. The rolls were AMAZING and their service definitely made the visit even better.

I love coming to Kura Sushi! The food is always great, the servers are so friendly and helpful with explaining the system, and the conveyor belt experience is enjoyable. Great place for a family or group of friends to hang out for a meal. And the interactive elements are always fun, especially the prizes that they switch out every so often for their colabs, which also bring unique new specials to the menu!

Nathan was an amazing server, and every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming. This was easily the best dining service I’ve experienced in Orlando, and I’ve lived here for three years. The sushi was incredible. While the prices are higher than Kura Sushi in Japan, I honestly have no complaints. I’ve spent more money at other restaurants in Orlando only to receive worse service and at times, worse food. Here, every bite felt worth it. My only regret was eating so much that I left completely stuffed! The only area I think could be improved is the pricing of the drinks, which felt a bit expensive. I also loved seeing that the restaurant has bidets. I have one at home too, so it was a fun touch that reminded me of Japan. Unfortunately, the bidet in my stall wasn’t working, and I think paying a little more attention to restroom cleanliness, such as picking up tissue from the floor, would help better reflect the high standards of cleanliness that many people associate with Japan and Japanese restaurants. One detail I especially appreciated was hearing the staff greet guests with “いらっしゃいませ!” as they walked in. It added to the authentic atmosphere and made the experienc

Let me tell you, some people on these reviews are helpful but also petty. Helpful because the restaurant heard your opinions. First timer! So exciting. Got sitted immediately. The hostess(Erica) explains everything to you, on how to order plus receiving toys once you hit 15 plates then second ball comes out after 25 plates. However the second ball didnt come out. Which was fine because the server got me at the end of our meal. The food was fresh, amazing, delicious. I didnt care for the rolls because i was there for the raw fish. However the rolls were full and filled with sushi n such. Blue fin and crab come with only one, which is fine. They are the best. Also bluefin is expensive at other restaurants. So yummy the food. Server Shar was wonderful. Definitely coming back. Prices are 4.4 and they have soups, ramen and other handrolls you can separately order on the menu. Obviously if you are the last table, you would have to be patience with food coming. We were booth 12 and seeing empty plates, tells me people are loving the food.
